4. Payments and Money Back Guarantee
Payments may be made in GBP or USD, with GBP preferred. Payment terms will be outlined on the invoice and in the engagement letter signed by each client. All payments must be made to a UK bank account.

We offer a money-back guarantee if we are unable to deliver strategies that, in agreement with the client, have the potential to double the business's value within two years. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Director of Outsetter before receiving the final report. The Director will review the case and determine if a refund is eligible.
